are a Rock 'n' Funktry band based out of Hollywood, California with members hailing from LA, The Bay Area, and Chicago.

The band formed at Musicians 

Institute in Hollywood where three of the four members are now graduates.

Inspired by classic rock bands ala The Rolling Stones and AC/DC, The Conscious Outlaws also infuse their love of funk bands like Lettuce and The Funk Brothers in crafting their signature sound.
